The two restaurants named after the Humboldt brothers Wilhelm and Alexander in the Humboldt Forum Berlin are nearing completion. After just over a year of construction and many structural challenges, the Humboldt brothers’ final journey appears to be nearing its end. The extraordinarily elaborate and high-quality restaurant concepts, a self-service and a served restaurant, will finally welcome their first guests around Easter. International professional chefs are currently cooking up the dishes for the restaurants and refining the recipes.

A staggered opening strategy is planned in order to introduce the ambitious dual concept step by step. The self-service restaurant Alexander will be the first to welcome guests. Here, national and international cuisine and a wide selection of drinks will be offered in the spirit of the world traveler Alexander von Humboldt. The Wilhelm restaurant is expected to open two weeks later with German-French cuisine and classic à la carte table service.
