Growing up in a family of restaurateurs, the idea of service manifested itself early on in company founder Hermann Kanne. After completing his commercial and gastronomic training, he had the great fortune of being able to gain valuable experience for several years with well-known names in the catering industry. This experience became the cornerstone for many ideas and concepts. It also gave rise to the desire to be able to realize these visions as the person in charge.

These visions gave rise to the Kanne Group in 1990…
