Robot at Kannelloni

Since January 2023, we have a new helper in the team – a robot from the company Giovanni L. This little helper has the task of independently taking the dirty dishes from the storage area used by our service staff to the scullery. As soon as the rack is full, it automatically moves to the scullery. By using the robot, our service staff can concentrate more on the customers and respond better to their wishes. They save a lot of time as they no longer have to take the dirty dishes to the scullery themselves. We rely on innovative technology from Giovanni L. to improve the service for our guests. The robot works reliably and helps to keep our restaurant running smoothly. We are convinced that the use of the robot will offer our guests an even better restaurant experience.
