We can proudly report that we are developing strongly in e-learning. The first employee is now certified for Area9 Lyceum – an AI-based platform for adaptive learning – and is setting up the platform to meet our needs.
Special question algorithms allow future users to learn in a highly personalized way. This allows our future employees from service, kitchen, etc. to learn at their own pace with their own focus and thus achieve their learning goals individually. None of our employees are lost in the learning process, but are optimally prepared according to their own needs.
What we are particularly pleased about: Area9 can also be used by HR Servicepool GmbH to train foreign specialists in the fields of nursing and service/catering. There is also cooperation with the nursing school in Meppen, which prepares nursing staff for their recognition examination – with the support of the contents of the nursing textbooks published by Thieme Verlag.
