Let’s get to work: Construction work on the RKU’s new patient hotel has begun with the obligatory ground-breaking ceremony. By the end of the year, a five-storey extension for orthopaedic rehabilitation patients is to be built in the rear area of building section A, not far from the new emergency room and the Huntington’s Center, with 50 beds in 4-star hotel style. In addition to the range of therapies on offer, the spatial ambience also contributes to recovery.
