Grand opening of the Sparkasse in Twist!

We are proud and excited to announce that our brand new Sparkasse branch in Twist officially opened on September 5th!
After an exciting project process that began in July 2019 with initial discussions and drafts, we have now opened the doors of our branch in the Twist service center on 10.07.2023.
A brief review of our journey:
– March 2022 – Start of construction
– August 2022 – Shell completed and closed (windows installed)
– 01.07.2023 – Opening of the Stadtbäckerei Hoyng bakery branch
– 10.07.2023 – Soft opening of the new SPK branch in Twist
– 24.08.2023 – Opening of the post office branch
Our modern building extends over 1326m² of land, with a gross floor area of 681.56m² and a net floor area of 1260m². The Sparkasse branch itself covers approx. 320m² and meets the KFW 40EE standard, thanks to state-of-the-art air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as photovoltaics and other sustainable technologies.
