Our trainee at Kannelloni – Kenrick Edlinson – was able to secure first place in his apprenticeship as a hotel specialist at the 2021 Emsland Championships of the vocational schools in Meppen.
He impressed the jury from the hotel and catering industry with his skills and now has the chance to impress once again next year at the state championships for young catering professionals in Osnabrück.
Ken came to us from Indonesia two years ago and never dreamed that he would soon have the opportunity to become national champion in his field.
We are proud of his development and wish him continued success!
