The gastronomic experience at the Humboldt Forum Berlin
Under the motto “Casual Fine Dining” our gastronomy concepts WILHELM and ALEXANDER were created in the historic ambience of the Humboldt Forum in Berlin. The two names honor the Humboldt brothers and the concepts are meant to reflect their different lifestyles. We would like to take you culinary and architectural into the boundless world of Wilhelm & Alexander von Humboldt.
Brasserie Alexander
The “Bread & Bowls” concept was specially created for this purpose. Bread stands for the universal idea of giving a meal (meat, cheese, vegetables, etc.) in a baguette, on a slice of bread or between tortilla. This is intended as Grab & Go or for consumption In House. An equally universal idea understandable to visitors from all over the world is the Bowl, the bowl that will contain classic dishes from all five continents.
Brasserie Alexander
True to the globetrotter Alexander von Humboldt, the “Bread & Bowls” concept was created especially for this purpose. Here we devote ourselves to the history of the place as both royal Prussian castle, baroque palace, imperial German residence. We aim to significantly increase the length of stay of our guests. In order to take up the spirit of the house and create a long-lasting trend, we create dishes and menus in French-German tradition. Accompanied by a corresponding wine list, focused on Germany and France.
