The Kanne Group has its own, selected partners for turnkey construction of hotels and, on request, can also take care of the partial or total fitting out, both indoors and outdoors. If required, the Kanne Group also invests in hotel complexes at certain locations, whether as a full hotel or mixed-use building. Our aim was to work with well-known, internationally renowned architects and interior designers, to design a hotel and rooms concept with a four-star plus character at a budget price. The Fasson Hotels are very appealing, with their modern design, high-quality, comfortable furniture and a Nordic idyll style which can only be found like this in the Scandinavian tundra. Modern, spacious rooms, a stylish bar area and an extensive, nutritious breakfast buffet await the guests at our Fasson Hotels.

In March 2020, the Kanne Group and AME Beteiligungs- und Beratungs GmbH took over the operating business of the Strandhotel Kurhaus Juist. Since then, extensive modernisation work has been undertaken, such as the redesign of apartments and the historic white hall.
This luxury hotel, built in 1898 in the style of the grand hotel, offers direct views over the sea and, with its glass dome, is one of the landmarks on the island of Juist. Right at the time of the takeover, the Kanne Group introduced numerous initiatives, such as e-bike rental, guest relations managers, Pretect® room disinfection cleaning, and Giovanni L. ice cream and Kanne Rösterei’s own Insel espresso in conjunction with staff training from roast master Joshua Gnoth. Many more initiatives will follow.
