Peter Scharff is a German chef, entrepreneur and non-fiction author.
From April 2001 to July 2007 he worked as a chef at his brother Martin Scharff’s Wartenberg mill in Wartenberg-Rohrbach, Rhineland-Palatinate.
After 4 months, he received the first Michelin star, which he successfully defended for 6 years. He is known to a wide audience as a TV-Patissier through the SWR TV show Coffee or Tea.
