Kanne Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG will realize a large multifunctional construction project on a part of the hospital grounds in the Wedau district.

With a successful concept consisting of a medical center, dialysis centre, hotel and hospital cafeteria, Kanne was able to convince the responsible members of the Sana Klinikum Wedau. The multifunctional building on an area of approx. 10,000 m2 will combine the described functions in one building and will be the pioneer for the adjacent new hospital building.
