This is a newcomer to the Dutch market from Germany and was presented at the Facilitair & Gebouwbeheer trade fair in Jaarbeurs, Utrecht, at the end of January. The Kannelloni Food Market is a takeaway concept with a focus on lunch on the go, including for the healthcare sector, for example in hospitals.
Enjoy food that tastes like Mum’s cooking, even when you’re on the go. That’s the goal of the Kannelloni Food Market, which is a Kanne Group brand. ‘Our concept is the perfect way of elevating the catering services provided in hospitals, museums, office buildings, railway stations, shopping centres and airports,’ says Hans Borghuis from Kannelloni Netherlands.
30 years of experience
The company has 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Borghuis believes that this expertise will be useful on the Dutch market. ‘We help customers to develop an attractive, contemporary and profitable hospitality concept with a focus on customer service. Everything is based on the customers’ wishes.’
The tailor-made catering concept is designed to incorporate specific wishes, requirements and the local culture. The menu offers a wide range of options.
In addition to classics such as pizza and pasta, the service includes salads, sandwiches with generous fillings and fresh soups of the day. Fruit juices and homemade smoothies are freshly prepared right in front of the customer.
During the trade fair in Utrecht, people who were interested in the service popped in to visit the Kannelloni stand and some caterers also took a look at the stand. Further information can be found on the Kannelloni website at Kannelloni.
